Esemény rövid leírása: Join our free Online Well-being break sessions (15 minutes) in your office or the comfort of your home if you work remotely. Dates: 2.30 pm, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30th September 2021. Did you know even with 15 minutes easy and light body movement; relaxation or mindfulness you can do a lot for your health? Recommended for you: If you sitting or standing a lot during your day, then a little stretching exercise would be a great benefit for you. If your job quite intense or the stress level is high, then using stress relive techniques daily is highly recommended. Those practices are for everyone! As always, I’ll show you the methods from beginner to advanced, and prove you that can be relaxing and enjoyable for EVERYONE. Yoga instructor: Kriszti is an experienced and certified yoga instructor and expert in the well-being @lifeinpractice. If you are looking for a friendly yoga class in English - you are at the right spot!
Egyéb információk: How you can prepare for the Well-being practice: You can practice by your table, so you can stay where you are sitting, but you also can find a nice and quiet place in your office/home. Tipp: you can book a meeting room for yourself or with other colleagues who would like to practice too. Wear comfortable clothes, not need to be sporty one. Do not eat directly before the Well-being breaks or have only a light healthy snacks.
